Cruciga is a free Spanish crossword service built with its players. These terms set out what you can expect from it and what it expects from you.

By creating an account or using Cruciga you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to create an account. Keep one account per person, keep your password to yourself, and treat everything done under your account as your responsibility.
You can create an account or sign in using Google. When you do, Google shares your email address, basic profile information and a stable account identifier with Cruciga; Cruciga never receives your Google password. You must accept these terms before your first Google sign-in. If you signed up this way you will not have a Cruciga password, and you can still change your email address or delete your account from your settings at any time.
Do not post illegal content. Do not post hateful, harassing, threatening or sexual content, and never anything that sexualises a minor. Do not spam or advertise, impersonate anyone, scrape the catalogue, automate play, or try to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
You keep ownership of what you contribute, whether that is a crossword, a clue, a word or clue suggestion, a report or a forum post. You grant Cruciga a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, adapt, translate, publish and distribute it as part of the service. You agree your contributions are made available to other players free of charge, and that you will not seek payment for them from Cruciga or from other players. You confirm you have the right to contribute what you post and that it infringes nobody else's rights.
Cruciga may edit, reject, hide or delete any contribution at any time, for any reason and without notice, and is under no obligation to keep anything available. Cruciga is not a backup service, so keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose.
So far as the law where you live allows it, you agree not to assert moral rights in your contributions against Cruciga, including the right to object to changes made to them. Where those rights cannot be waived, you agree Cruciga may still use your contributions in the ways described above.
Your contributions may be kept and stay available to other players with your name removed from them. Puzzles and clues stay playable that way while your personal data goes.
Word and clue suggestions, reports and crosswords you build are reviewed by moderators before they reach other players. Forum posts appear straight away and are moderated afterwards, so please use the report button when something needs attention. Breaking these terms can lead to a warning, to losing access to the forums or to contributing, or to your account being closed.
Credits, experience, levels and achievements are features of the game, not property. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, reset or withdrawn as the game changes.
Cruciga is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Features can change or disappear, and the service can be interrupted or discontinued. Word details, example sentences, clues and pronunciations are offered as learning aids, are partly generated automatically, and may be incomplete or wrong.
Cruciga stores the email address you register with, your display name and what you do in the game. Your email address is stored encrypted and is never shown to other players; it is used to sign you in, to contact you about your account, and it is shown back to you in your account settings. Your display name and your public activity are visible on your profile.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Cruciga may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
These terms can change. Material changes are announced in the app, and continuing to use Cruciga after that means you accept the new version.
Anything unclear about these terms can be raised in the forums.
